Before you print

Tips that save a reprint.

  • Printing on fabric or curved items? Make the code bigger than you would on paper and test the finished product, because stretch and folds distort the pattern.
  • Point to a single video when it explains the product, and to the profile when you want follows.
  • When linking a video, copy the link from the share menu and check it opens that clip, not your feed.
  • Write your @username next to the code so people can search for you if they can't scan.
  • Keep codes at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide on small labels and test them under shop lighting.
