per room, kept current all year. Change destinations from your phone, and the code you printed keeps working, even if you cancel.

  1. 1

    Create

Make a dynamic code and point it at today's page.

  2. 2

    Print

Download print-ready SVG, PDF or PNG for menus, signs or packaging.

  3. 3

    Change any time

Update where it goes, pause it, or see who scanned. No reprints.

Worked example

one card per room, all year round

  1. 1

The front-office manager uploads a CSV of room numbers and downloads a ZIP of print-ready SVGs, one code per room, for the in-room cards.

  2. 2

Every code opens the guest information page with breakfast hours, Wi-Fi details and checkout times. When breakfast hours change, they edit the page and nothing is reprinted.

  3. 3

A separate code on the lift poster opens the spa booking page in winter. In summer they point it at the rooftop bar instead.

  4. 4

The room codes live in their own folder. When one room needs a different link, such as a guide for an accessible room, the manager searches for the room number and changes that code alone.

  5. 5

They check the weekday-by-hour heatmap to see when guests look for information, and plan front-desk messages around it.

Pause the codes for that area. Guests who scan see a friendly page with your message and an optional date when the code is back on.

Yes. Smart redirects send iPhone users to one link and Android users to another, such as the right app store for each.

They keep working. Every dynamic code keeps redirecting to its last destination, forever, with no service page and no ads. You only lose the ability to edit destinations and see new analytics until you come back.

No. Free static codes and paid dynamic codes both have unlimited scans. We never cap, throttle or pause a code because it got popular.
